  • Google Drive medical storage integration
  • Health-related organizational tools
  • AI-generated health suggestions

3. No Medical Advice

BiOBooN does not provide:

  • Medical diagnosis
  • Treatment plans
  • Emergency medical support
  • Licensed healthcare services

All AI-generated insights are informational only.

Users should consult qualified healthcare professionals before making medical decisions.

4. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

  • Provide accurate information
  • Keep login credentials secure
  • Use the platform lawfully
  • Avoid uploading harmful or illegal content
  • Understand that AI outputs may contain inaccuracies

5. Google Drive Usage

By connecting Google Drive:

  • You authorize BiOBooN to access files necessary for app functionality
  • You retain ownership of your files
  • You may revoke access anytime through your Google account settings

6. AI Limitations

You acknowledge that:

  • AI suggestions may not always be accurate
  • Analytics are predictive and informational
  • BiOBooN is not liable for medical decisions made based on AI outputs

7. Intellectual Property

All branding, software, UI designs, logos, and platform technology related to BiOBooN are owned by BiOBooN and protected by intellectual property laws.

Users may not:

  • Copy the platform
  • Reverse engineer the app
  • Resell services
  • Use branding without permission

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

  • Violate these Terms
  • Abuse the platform
  • Engage in illegal activity
  • Attempt unauthorized access

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

BiOBooN shall not be liable for:

  • AI inaccuracies

Users use the platform at their own risk.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BiOBooN, its founders, employees, and partners from claims arising from:
